This Privacy Policy describes how IE Denis Zhesterev ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application Hf (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User-Provided Content: When you use Hf, you upload videos, images, and audio for AI-powered processing. This content includes visual data, audio data, and any faces depicted therein.

1.2 Device Identifier: We use your device's unique identifier (UUID) to identify your account and associate your content, purchases, and token balance with your device. This identifier is essential for the App's functionality.

2. Third-Party AI Data Sharing

IMPORTANT: To provide AI-powered features, your uploaded content (videos, images, and audio) is transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service providers for processing. By using the App's AI features, you explicitly consent to this data sharing.

2.4 Data Protection Standards: We require that all third-party AI service providers who receive your data maintain data protection and privacy standards that are the same as or equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy. Our agreements with these providers include obligations to process your data securely, use it only for the purposes described herein, and delete it promptly after processing is complete.

2.5 Your Consent: Before your content is processed by third-party AI services, you will be asked to provide explicit consent within the App. The consent prompt will clearly identify what data is being sent, who it is sent to, and for what purpose. You may decline, but this will prevent you from using the AI-powered features.

3. Payment and Subscription Data

3.1 Payment Processing: All payments for subscriptions and token packages are processed through the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat, Inc. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

3.3 Token Balance Storage: Your token balance and transaction history are stored on our servers and linked to your device identifier. This data is necessary to provide the token-based service functionality.

4. How We Process and Store Your Content

4.1 Processing Flow: When you upload content: (1) Your video, image, or audio is uploaded to our servers hosted by Hetzner in Germany (EU); (2) We transmit your content to our AI providers (Fal.ai or ElevenLabs) for processing; (3) The AI-generated result is returned and stored on our servers; (4) You can view and download your results within the App.

4.3 No Biometric Data Storage: We do not extract, store, or create biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or facial geometry data from your content. Face-swapping is performed by AI in real-time without creating persistent facial data. For comprehensive details on how we handle face data, see Section 5.

5. Face Data

IMPORTANT: This section specifically describes how we collect, use, store, and share face data — photographs, images, and video frames that contain human faces — in connection with our face-swapping functionality.

5.1 Definition of Face Data: "Face data" refers to any photographs, images, or video content you upload to the App that contains human faces, as well as any AI-processed output (face-swapped videos and images) that depicts human faces.

5.2 No Biometric Data or Facial Recognition: We do not extract, store, or create biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, faceprints, or facial geometry maps from your face data. We do not use face data for facial recognition or identification purposes. Face-swapping is performed entirely by our third-party AI provider in real-time without creating persistent biometric profiles.

5.3 Face Data Is Not Retained Indefinitely: We do not retain face data indefinitely. All face data is subject to strict retention periods and is permanently deleted thereafter:

We do not share face data with any other third parties. Our other service providers (ElevenLabs, RevenueCat, Amplitude, AppsFlyer) do not receive face data.

5.5 Reason for Sharing Face Data with Third Parties: We share face data with Fal.ai solely because the AI-powered face-swapping processing is performed by their service. Without transmitting your face data to Fal.ai, the core functionality of the App — replacing faces in videos and generating face-swapped images — cannot be provided.

5.6 Third-Party Face Data Storage Practices: Fal.ai does not store your face data after processing is complete. Your face data is processed in real-time and is immediately discarded by Fal.ai upon completion of the processing request. Fal.ai does not use your face data to train AI models. 5.7 No Sale of Face Data: We do not sell, license, rent, or otherwise monetize your face data in any way. Face data is used exclusively to provide you with the face-swapping service you requested.

7. Content Safety and Moderation

We employ automated safety filters provided by our AI processing partners to detect and prevent the creation of inappropriate, explicit, or harmful content. Content that violates our Terms of Service may be blocked automatically. We reserve the right to refuse processing content that violates applicable laws or our policies.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your content during transmission (using TLS/SSL encryption) and storage. Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with physical and network security controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Hf is rated 17+ and is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used our App or provided us with content, please contact us immediately at hf@priles.dev. We will take steps to delete such content from our servers.

12. Data Deletion

In-App Deletion: You may delete your processed results directly within the App at any time.

Complete Data Deletion: To request complete deletion of all data associated with your use of the App, including token balance and transaction history, email us at hf@priles.dev. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days. Note that deletion of your account will result in forfeiture of any remaining tokens.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland:

Legal Basis: We process your content based on your explicit consent, which you provide when using the AI-powered features. For analytics, we rely on legitimate interests to improve our services. For payment processing and token management, we process data as necessary for contract performance.
